Earth

By Osker W.

Turning, turning round and round

A big blue ball that holds all the people and all the towns

So blue with a touch of green

Only from space the beauty is seen e

That man first encountered when he traveled to space

It’s turning gray and bleak

From gushing factories that rot an d reek

But there is help you see

Please reduce, recycle, and reuse

And earth’s beauty we will not loos e.

The Man on The Corner

By Peyton O.
Most people don't talk to-The Man on The Corner
Ignoring him, managing their busy days
Most don't know he has something to say
Finally, someone stops to talk
And more pieces of the world fall into place
Therefore, a lesson was learned
Listen to everyone, and something will be earned.

Ice Cream!

By Grace S.

Whenever I hear the tinkling bell

I feel super swell!

‘Cuz I know that I’ll have a great day

If I have Ice Cream, nothing can get in my way!

I love the sweet taste on my tongue

It makes me feel ever so young!

When it drips on the floor

It makes me cry and beg for more!

Best in Summer and Spring

If I have Ice Cream, I can do anything!

Night

By Oskar W.

When does the world hit the hay?

When does darkness engulf the day?

What time does a bird start to rest?

When are the bats senses put to the test?

When the night starts and the day animals are finishing their tasks

These are the questions I have to ask

Bananas

By Gracie F.

Creamy, smooth, tasty,

You can’t be too hasty,

Yellowish-white,

You can eat it at night,

Squishy or firm,

And you won’t find a worm,

That’s a banana for you!

Milkshake

By Isabella Lisak

Milkshakes are sweet

They are fun to eat

Many different kinds

Banana, chocolate, and orange rinds

These are something to crave

When it comes to calories they’re grave

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy

They’ll always have a special place in my tummy

I LOVE MILKSHAKES!!
